Refund Policy

Clarity Telehealth is committed to providing timely, professional, and patient-centred medical care. 

1. General Policy
All consultation fees are non-refundable once a consultation has been completed.
 

2. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
 

3. Technical Issues

If a consultation cannot be completed due to technical issues on our side, a reschedule or refund may be offered at our discretion.
 

4. Clinical Outcomes

Refunds will not be provided based on clinical outcomes, including where:

• A prescription is not issued

• A medical certificate is not provided

• The clinical outcome does not meet patient expectations
   

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Request for refunds outside the above conditions will be considered on a case-by-case basis

All clinical decisions are made based on medical judgement, clinical guidelines, and patient safety.
