Clarity Telehealth provides telehealth medical services in accordance with Australian clinical and legal standards. By accessing this website and booking a consultation, you agree to the following terms.
 

1. Medical Services

All consultations are provided by an Australian-registered medical practitioner (AHPRA compliant).

Telehealth consultations may not be suitable for all medical conditions. Where clinically indicated, you may be advised to seek in-person medical care or attend an emergency department.
 

2. No Guarantee of Outcome

Booking a consultation does not guarantee:

  • A prescription

  • medical certificate

  • A referral

All clinical decisions are made at the discretion of the treating doctor in accordance with safe medical practice and Australian guidelines.
 

3. Patient Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete medical information

  • Disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications

  • Follow medical advice provided

Failure to provide accurate information may impact the safety and appropriateness of care.
 

4. Fees and Payment

All consultation fees are payable at the time of booking.
Fees may vary depending on the service provided.
 

5. Cancellations and Non-Attendance

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.
 

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clarity Telehealth is not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient

  • Misuse of medical advice

  • Delays or technical issues outside our control
     

7. Privacy

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles.
 

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
